Behind The Seeds
Selected by breeder Randy Gardner, these versatile two-bite tomatoes burst with sweet, vibrant flavor. They’re ideal for roasting, sautéing and dehydrating—if you can resist eating them raw.
"Here, finally, is a tomato that checks all the boxes. Sweet, balanced and jaw-droppingly delicious. "
— Dan Barber, chef and Row 7 co-founder
Enjoy raw, or slow-roast to jammy perfection. Cut the tomatoes in half, toss with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roast cut-side up at 225°F until tomatoes are semi-dehydrated but still soft—about 4 to 6 hours.
Store tomatoes at room temperature—do not refrigerate. Wash thoroughly before use.
