Cooking

Enjoy raw, or slow-roast to jammy perfection. Cut the tomatoes in half, toss with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roast cut-side up at 225°F until tomatoes are semi-dehydrated but still soft—about 4 to 6 hours.
